What happens to my order once it’s been fulfilled?

When your order has been marked as fulfilled, it will have been posted and be on it’s way to you! This also means it is out of my hands (quite literally), if you’ve chosen the tracked option you will receive sms updates from the delivery company once I receive the parcel’s tracking ID. I ship with Royal Mail so any orders within the UK will be trackable through this! Please bear in mind I don’t have much knowledge about who the Royal Mail pass the order on to once it has left the UK.

What if my country isn’t on your shipping list?

What about VAT? (for orders outside the UK)

If you find your country of residence to be missing from the shipping list, you can request it through the contact page on this website! They have to be added in manually and the list is fairly short at the moment as countries are added on request.

Please be familiar with your country of residence’s VAT, Import duty and any other potential charges before purchasing from outside of the United Kingdom. I am unable to cover these costs as it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with said regulations when ordering internationally.

Unfortunately I cannot be responsible for any charges that may be incurred when purchasing from abroad.

What happens if my shipping address is incorrect?

If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please make me aware of this as soon as you can after placing the order. You can do this through the ‘contact me’ page. Change this by giving your correct full address and name so I can change the address for the correct order.

If your order has been marked fulfilled and your address is incorrect, it has likely been shipped. If this is the case, the order may come back to me and I would be able to resend. Unfortunately as this is down to ‘customer error’ I am unable to cover costs to resend the order.
